62% lyocell | 30% cotton | 8% elastane
Lyocell is a fibre made out of eucalyptus and oak from sustainable forestry. Since eucalyptus grows back quickly and does not require artificial irrigation, this material is considered to be of important ecological value. Compared to cotton, only about 5 to 10 percent of the water is needed to produce Lyocell. The fibers come from Lenzing.
In addition, the biodegradable material has other advantages. Lyocell can absorb up to 50 percent more moisture than cotton. This makes it particularly breathable and suitable for sports activities. Moreover, lyocell is temperature regulating, anti-allergenic and resistant to mites and bacteria.
